We comply with EU consumer protection laws, which provide customers the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

1. Return Period and do we offer exchanges? 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

We do not offer exchanges.

Incorrect Address / returned packages:
We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must have original tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged by misuse

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Follow the return instructions provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
